All preliminary project phases to define and analyze the Operational/Commercial requirements with costumer and handling feasibility studies.
Determine the project scope considering the operational requirements to be fulfilled, time table to implement the project and budget to spend on.
Planning all project aspects and choosing prime contractor, subcontractors and relevant vendors to be a part of the program.
Implementing and commissioning.
Training and assimilating all project parts and systems.
System Engineering & Integration
Define projects technical elements and core technologies, according to it, define vendors and subcontractors.
Define deliverables for each vendor and subcontractor.
Define and conduct integration phase.
Handle Factory acceptance tests.
Install all system components as required at technical SPECS and due to high Q.A standards.
Handle site acceptance tests with customer.
